Today I thought it might be fun to share some other great home and interior design blogs you might want to check out – apart from A Residence of course – and the people behind them. It’s always great to find new blogs and there is a real variety here, from modern to vintage to quirky to budget, from families to couples to singles. The inspiration for interiors is far reaching, these bloggers are influenced by travel, food, fashion, culture, environment, relationships.

I love that Molly leads a double life of art historian by day, blogger by night. Her beautifully curated blog, Molly and the Princess, named after her bicycle, is full of simple but stylish design ideas inspired by modern trends, history and her love of the Devon and Cornwall coastline.


The Design Sheppard

Stacey Sheppard is a freelance writer and blogger who specializes in interior design. She lives in Dartmouth in the beautiful rolling hills of Devon. From budget to hit end design The Design Sheppard rounds up the very best products, projects, events and designers. Whenever I google a tend Stacey’s blog seems to pop up, she has her finger on the pulse!


Jen-Stanbrook

Jen Stanbrook founded Love Chic Living, a multi award winning interior design blog focusing on style and design for a family home, she has two girls aged 9 and 12. Jen also knows an awful lot about Pinterest, do check her out over there for oodles of inspriration.

Amanda Cottingham writes the top ranking UK lifestyle blog The Ana Mum Diary full of thoughtful home interiors, travel, design, food, beauty and fashion. She has a great eye for beautiful home treasures and how to display them.

Award winning lifestyle blog Arianna’s Daily is written by Interior designer & stylist Arianna whose passions range from interiors, travel, fashion, food to general lifestyle.


It’s refreshing to see fashion in the mix too, Arianna is a gorgeous model.
