When I think if a summer bedroom I think of linen, faded floral prints and white. I think of fresh air and flowers.

Despite loving my heavy duvet and blankets the time had really come to ready my bedroom for summer.

Bed & Bath e-tailer Soak&Sleep asked if I would like review some products to create the ultimate Summer bedroom I jumped at the chance. They sell the most beautiful bedlinen and I was slightly overwhelmed by choice!

The bed linen I chose though matched my summer bedroom vision perfectly, faded blue vintage florals on lovely white linen

It is the most comfortable bedlinen soft and cosy whilst light and fresh. envisage having this set for years and years. It is of fabulous quality and this kind of pattern will never go out of style. So beautiful.

Linen is one of the top sellers in bedding and for 3 very good reasons. Firstly you dont need to iron it because crumpled is exactly the look you are going for and secondly it just gets better and softer with age. It also feels wonderfully fresh and comfortable.

As part of my bedroom update I also reviewed this gorgeous and inexpensive recycled glass vase which I filled with forget me nots form the garden. I think it compliments the bedlinen perfectly don’t you?

This lovely glass vase is made from lava glass and has a beautiful green tincture to it. It cost just £6.38 a real bargain and a gorgeous gift idea as well as a nice treat for your summer bedroom.

I think you will agree the bedroom is looking all kinds of summer fresh and there’s more! My bedroom attire was in need of a summer update too, have look at my new nightwear in the form of these super silk Pj’s. They feel fabulous and I love the classic silver- it is just so pretty.
